LONDON CALLING

 I don't know how to start this post but to say how freakin' proud I'm.
I'm proud of myself of being able to avoid social life for about a month and just study.
I'm proud of myself to concentrate to the second-part of the Uni-exam and be myself in the interview and actually GET THE PLACE I WANTED.

But as proud as I'm of myself, I'm proud of my very best friend of all time, Venla.
We pretty much grew up together since the 4th grade and became the best of friends.



We went through first loves, older-snowboarderguy-crushes, high-school, first (and many after that..)drunks, many many trips, some of the best experiences of our lives and some of the worse. Recent times we haven't been with each other that much but when we get together or talk together, we have our insidejokes and the history no one else could have.
I trust her with all my heart and I know even we didn't talk for half a year, I could just whip her a WhatsApp photo of Kake Randelin and she would reply for example like this "ässhai lyrics xD" Venla has always been a multi-talent in music which is great because I haven't had any talent on that area of life. (except the fipple flute)
We have had many performingduos where my role has always been the ugly bass-player and she has shined as the singer-guitarrest.
I have luckily had very good talents in drama and acting which she has too and we have put out quite an amount of plays and shows.

And now, after years and years of lip-syncing Green Day and Backstreet boys and acting SeSe, Venla has got what she really deserves and has a chance to be able to live the dream she has had since 1st class.

This is THE LONDON ! Excuse me whaaaattt?!?!
And this is MY BEST FRIEND we are talking about IN LONDON BABY !!!!!!




This is so damn great but also so damn sad.
We will be studying in a different timezone second time in our lives.
But luckily the second.
We already know we can still stay as BFFs eventho there would be a whole world (literally) between us.
Luckily this time it will lot more shorter, from Joensuu it is 2 160 kilometers to London.
From Invercargill (where I spent my ex-change year) to Eugene (where Venla was during that time) it was 12 117 kilometers.
So we are almost neighbours still !

She is the most gorgeous girl in the world and I love her forever and ever.

And just to let you all London(gshore)bitches know,

this girl is MINE !
MY BESTFRIEND for life 

and no one can take her away from me.
No distance, no man, no plane.
I'll miss her so so much and the times we've had but I couldn't be happier for her to be this close of living her dream.
Venla, have a blast out there and make us proud back here !!

How much I love Jennifer Lopez?
The real mamacita ! And Pitbull in chinos? Epic !!
And the feeling that my little mistakes are not that bad in front of few restaurant customers when JLo can start to wave her hand to the wrong direction in front of million eyes in the starting ceremony of the Fifa World Cup !? :DD It's ll okay Jenny, you are still my training motivation.
And so much that I wanted to book salsalessons after seeing Jenny doing quite nice steps in the same opening seremony,I just booked myself some horseriding lessons !! After two years !!! I have been waiting for this SO much and have been meant to do something to get back to the saddle again but what I have done? Not much. But now just crabbed the phone and did it. Woopwoop, hope I don't fall down :D hahaha<



 Otherwise my life is doing quite well too.
We are actually living in the same "apartment" with my boyfriend. Only exception is that also our 10 other workingmates are living here too :D
Haha but it is really nice in here, always someone to drink coffee with.
Also I have a new dogfriend in our neigbourroom so that makes living without Ronja a little bit easier.
I like my work as a waitresser again eventho the restaurant is much bigger than it was two years ago and there are lots more workers of course.
The days are long and at least they should be much more hectic but I'm doing okay ! With open mind and smile on my face I think I can get through all of it.
And if things get tough (tough get going Pitbull), just remind myself of my work as a lifeguard last summer and I'll appriate this moment much more.
And also that might be the lesson learned last year. Things were pretty shitty but there were some goodies too and at least it made me apply to many jobs so I didn't have to go back there anymore. And what happened?
Got the dream- and same place with my boyfriend an our old friend from our little restaurant. So all good !!
